Denver wedding guitarist Jordan Lovinger performing live acoustic guitar at Coohills wedding ceremony in Colorado

Denver Wedding Guitarist for Your Perfect Day

Your ceremony deserves more than a playlist. Live acoustic guitar and vocals create the emotion, the atmosphere, and the moments your guests will talk about for years. Available throughout Denver and all of Colorado.

Your Ceremony Deserves More Than a Bluetooth Speaker

There is a reason every guest turns to watch the processional. It is the most emotionally charged moment of the entire day. A live acoustic guitarist transforms that moment from beautiful to breathtaking.

I learn your special songs — the one that was playing when you first danced, the one your grandmother used to sing, the one that means everything and nothing to anyone else. I arrange it for solo guitar and vocals, rehearse it until it is perfect, and perform it live while you walk down the aisle.

As your Denver wedding guitarist, I coordinate with your planner, arrive early, set up quietly, and handle everything so you never think about the music. You just feel it.

We were absolutely blown away by Jordan at our wedding! His music created the perfect atmosphere — from the romantic ceremony to the upbeat reception, every moment felt magical.

Savannah H. Wedding · Nov 2025

Jordan recently played for my wedding ceremony, and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful. He is extremely talented and so sweet. He played “Bless the Telephone” by Labi Siffre while I walked down the aisle and it was a dream.

Jailynn G. Wedding · Nov 2025

Jordan’s ability to read the room was absolutely incredible, seamlessly switching between soft, instrumental guitar and occasional singing. Exactly the classy, sophisticated vibe we hoped for.

Denver Wedding Guitarist FAQ

Can you learn our first dance song or a special request?

Yes — this is one of the best parts. I learn and arrange your special songs for solo guitar and vocals, whether it's your first dance, processional, or a surprise dedication. Just send me the song and I'll have it rehearsed and ready.

How early do you arrive for setup?

I arrive 30-45 minutes before the performance start time for a quiet, efficient setup. Everything is self-contained and fits in a 4x4 ft area — no house sound or extra rentals required.

Can you play during both the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Absolutely — the Ceremony + Cocktail Hour package covers both and is the most popular option. I handle the transition seamlessly so there's continuous live music from vows through mingling.

What if it rains and we need to move indoors?

No problem. My setup is completely portable and I can relocate quickly. I coordinate directly with your planner or venue coordinator to make the transition seamless.

Do you have liability insurance for venues that require it?

Yes. I am fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue or wedding coordinator upon request.

What style of music do you play at weddings?

I play jazz, bossa nova, acoustic pop, folk, singer-songwriter, and classic standards. My repertoire spans over 200 songs and I can learn new ones for your special day. Most couples choose a mix of romantic instrumentals for the ceremony and upbeat acoustic covers for the cocktail hour.

Do you travel to mountain venues and destination weddings in Colorado?

Yes. I regularly perform at mountain wedding venues across Colorado, from Breckenridge to Estes Park to Telluride. A flat 30 travel fee applies for venues outside central Denver.

What is the difference between solo, duo, and trio wedding music?

Solo is just me on guitar and vocals — intimate and elegant, ideal for ceremonies and smaller cocktail hours. The duo adds a second musician (saxophone, violin, or second guitar) for a fuller sound. The trio brings a complete jazz ensemble perfect for larger receptions and cocktail hours.
