Live Music That Keeps Them Coming Back
The right live music turns first-time visitors into regulars. I create an atmosphere that elevates your venue — background music that enhances conversation, never competes with it.
For Venue Owners
The Right Sound. Zero Hassle.
Live music should bring people in, not create more work for your staff. I show up early, set up quietly, play at the right volume for your room, and break down without disrupting a single table turn.
Whether you need background jazz for dinner service, an acoustic singer-songwriter for your patio, or a duo to elevate your weekend happy hour — I match the vibe your space already has and make it better. No sound checks during service. No gear cluttering your floor. No volume complaints from table six.
I have played weekly at Goosetown Tavern for over a year, performed regularly at Dazzle, and worked with restaurants, bars, and country clubs across the Front Range. I understand what venue owners need because I have done this hundreds of times.

Three Distinct Vibes
Music That Fits Your Space
Every venue has a personality. I match it — whether that's quiet jazz over dinner, acoustic sing-alongs on a patio, or smooth lounge grooves at the bar. And I can shift mid-set if the room changes.
Jazz & Bossa Nova
Warm, sophisticated instrumental jazz and bossa nova. The kind of music that makes a good wine taste better and a quiet conversation feel effortless. Perfect for dinner service, wine bars, cocktail lounges, and hotel lobbies.
Singer-Songwriter Acoustic
Contemporary covers and originals with vocals and acoustic guitar, plus vocal jazz — standards sung Chet Baker-style. Engaging enough to draw attention when someone looks up, relaxed enough that nobody has to shout. Ideal for breweries, cafes, patios, and apres-ski.
Lounge Guitar
Smooth jazz and funk guitar over tasteful backing tracks. A full, polished sound from a single performer — bigger than background music, smaller than a band. Great for lounges, cocktail bars, and resorts.
For Venue Owners
Why Venue Owners Choose Jordan
You need someone who shows up early, plays at the right volume, looks professional, and never makes your job harder. That is the baseline — here is what sets me apart.
Self-Contained Setup
I bring everything — guitar, amp, PA, mics, cables. No house sound needed. Setup fits in a 4x4 ft space and takes 15 minutes.
Reads the Room
Volume, energy, and song choice all adjust in real time. Dinner crowd wants background jazz? Done. Patio crowd warming up? I match them. You never have to ask.
Always Early, Always Professional
I arrive 30 minutes before downbeat, set up quietly, and start on time. Clean, professional appearance appropriate for upscale venues.
Zero Hassle for You
No sound checks disrupting dinner service. No awkward gaps between sets. No gear cluttering your floor. I handle everything so you can focus on running your venue.

Looking for a Regular Act?
I currently hold a weekly residency at Goosetown Tavern in Denver and have recurring relationships with venues across Colorado. A residency means your customers know what to expect every week — and they keep coming back for it. I offer favorable pricing for multi-booking and residency arrangements.
I regularly play rooms from Denver and Boulder down the I-25 corridor — Littleton, Castle Rock, Palmer Lake, Colorado Springs — and into the mountains. If you book live music Wednesday through Sunday, I can fill recurring slots solo or with a duo/trio.

What Clients Say
5.0 rating across 50+ verified reviews
Jordan's ability to read the room was absolutely incredible, seamlessly switching between soft, instrumental guitar and occasional singing. I've never met an entertainer who could switch gears like that. Exactly the classy, sophisticated vibe we hoped for.
Common Questions
Restaurant & Venue Booking FAQ
How much does live music cost for a restaurant or bar in Denver?
Solo is $110/hr, duo is $225/hr, and trio is $325/hr — all equipment included. Travel is $35 within 30 minutes of Denver and $60 for 30-60 minutes (Boulder, for example), doubled for trio and larger groups. Residencies and multi-bookings get discounted rates.
Do you bring your own sound equipment? Are you insured?
Yes to both. Every booking is fully self-contained — guitar, amp, PA, mics, and cables — sets up in a 4x4 ft space in 15 minutes, and needs no house sound. I am fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request.
What styles of music do you play at venues?
Instrumental jazz and bossa nova, singer-songwriter acoustic covers, smooth lounge guitar, and vocal jazz — standards sung Chet Baker-style. I match the volume and energy to your room and can shift styles mid-set as the crowd changes.
Do you offer weekly or monthly residencies?
Yes. I currently hold a weekly residency at Goosetown Tavern in Denver and offer discounted rates for weekly, biweekly, and monthly arrangements. Duo and trio configurations are available for special nights.
How far in advance should I book live music for my venue?
For one-off dates, 2-4 weeks ahead is usually plenty — holidays and summer weekends book earlier. For residencies, reach out any time and we'll find a recurring slot that fits your calendar.
